Earlybird registration 33rd IAF World Fashion Convention

The registration for the IAF’s 33rd World Fashion Convention, to be held on October 16th-18th 2017  in Rio de Janeiro, is now open. Delegates who register before August 1st, will be able to register against a highly reduced price. In addition, members of IAF will benefit from a lower admission price.

This year, the IAF will host the convention in Rio de Janeiro, along with the Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association (ABIT). Founded in 1957, one of the most important industry associations in Brazil, representing an industry which directly employs 1.5 million people, generating an annual revenue of US$ 40 billion (2015).

Compliance and Technology – Key Drivers for Industry and Retail The theme of this edition is Compliance and Technology – Key Drivers for Industry and Retail The Convention has the function of informing, inspiring and providing a meeting platform for apparel executives from all continents. National and international speakers will present and discuss responsible business conduct (labor, social, environmental, legal), as well as technological megatrends and their possible impacts on the production and distribution chain. Naturally, also this year, the IAF Convention in more than a conference, with the IAF Golf Tournament, a great partner program and dinners and cocktails in a truly gorgeous setting, the Convention is still one of the world’s best networking opportunities for the global apparel industry.
