Taipei IN Style 2016
Taipei IN Style (TIS), known as the most important annual fashion trade fair in Taiwan, happens twice a year in the new creative hub of Taipei-“Songshan Cultural and Creative Park. Further, the TIS has assembled top fashion designers and brands from all over the world, and showcased mid-to high-end fashion products that will soon be seen on the market. It offers a perfect stage for promoting established and up-and-coming designers from Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, and more from worldwide fashion industry.
In addition to series of highly anticipated fashion shows to be presented during the TIS fashion trade fair, there are seminars in between which covering topics related to current fashion trends and market analysis, etc. will be introduced during the fair as well.
In 2015, the TIS organized 21 fashion shows and 9 seminars. It successfully attracted 265 brands and as well as hundreds of professional buyers and media groups from 21 countries, so that resulted in nearly 50,000 visitors.
Recently, digital textile printing has been revolutionizing the fashion industry. During the TIS 2015, one fashion show was presented by Taiwan’s Top fashion designers Brand “Isabelle Wen”. She collaborated with a leading brand digital printer manufacturer, Epson, to create its latest collection “Return to Forever”. Moreover, a well-known Taiwanese designer brand NAIF by Hsu Chiu-Yi, also applied digital textile printing concept to create its new collection. Likewise, the TIS seminar invited professional speakers from various fields of the fashion industry to share their insights, and their perspective of marketing strategies of European and Southeast Asian markets.
Taipei IN Style 2016, 13th edition and 14th edition are going to take place from April 14-16 and Novermber10-13 respectively. We will continuously strive to promote and provide an international platform for established and emerging designers to present their updated collections.
